I began practicing law in 1993. Jill Roseland Costen, P.C. was established in 2014. I practice in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Isle of Wight, Accomack, and other surrounding communities.

I understand the emotional and financial difficulties associated with family law matters. I am passionate about my work and assisting clients. My goal is to provide clients with information and advice so that decisions can be made by individuals with full knowledge of the process and potential outcomes.
